Log into TrustPoint on your laptop or phone and request an inspection. Create the draw with a specific dollar amount and supporting documents, or we default to percent complete.
How long does a draw take?
The inspection is confirmed, completed and uploaded within two to three days. Once you approve the amount, funds are wired within 48 hours. Most draws are funded four to five days from request.
Do I pay interest on funds I haven't drawn?
No. Construction funds are held back and released as you draw them, and interest accrues only on what's been drawn.
What is a draw based on?
Completed work, verified by an inspector on site. Your budget is reviewed with our in-house team before closing so there are no surprises when you draw.
